What are some of the new Mitsubishi cars we can expect in the near future? Here are some of our soon-to-be-released vehicles and what we know about them so far.

2023 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV

The Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV made its debut as a 2022 model. What can we expect for the 2023 model year? This model will likely have the brand’s Super All-Wheel Control (S-AWC).

This is a system that optimizes control through three integrated functions: Active Center Differential, Active Yaw Control, and Active Stability Control.

2023 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross

The 2023 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross will have a 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine. One change from the 2022 model year is that all-wheel drive will come standard across all trims.

The engine is mated to a CVT transmission, producing 152 horsepower and 158 lb-ft of torque. This SUV will have a towing capacity of 1,500 pounds, when equipped with the right OEM tow accessories.

2023 Mitsubishi Mirage

The 2023 Mitsubishi Mirage is slated for a fall 2022 release. While not confirmed, an available 5-speed manual transmission is expected to remain standard with the option for a CVT transmission.

The model is also expected to have the same 1.2-liter MIVEC DOHC engine under the hood. In the exterior, there will likely be styling cues from the 2022 model, such as LED headlights and a black roof spoiler on the higher trims.
